The importance of Facilities Management (FM) in delivering high quality healthcare in today’s NHS cannot be overstated. In recognition of this, the North West Branch of the Hospital Caterers Association (HCA NW) is staging the ‘Seeking Excellence Through Performance Management’ one-day Conference - in association with HEFMA (Health Estates & Facilities Management Association); the Association of Healthcare Cleaning Professionals (formerly ADM); and the Society of Hospital Linen Services & Laundry Managers.
