Job Description
We are a dynamic and successful NHS Foundation Trust with an annual turnover of £175 m and 3500 staff, serving a population of 275,000.
We are looking for someone with significant experience in the public or private sector to work alongside our Chief Executive and Redevelopment Programme Director to develop and deliver our estates strategy. You will play a full and proactive role, making a substantial contribution to the achievement of corporate goals as a Director and Trust Board Member (non-voting).
You will be of graduate calibre with a recognised professional membership and a proven track record of managing a complex portfolio together with a track record of supporting major change.
The responsibilities of the post will increase, in the near future, to include providing an integrated service across Torbay Care Trust. The remuneration of the post will be subject to review at this time.
