Job Title: Interim Hospital Clerk of Works

Job Description

Our client, an NHS Trust based near the West Midlands is looking for a part time Clerk of Works to oversee a number of projects including an electrical infrastructure upgrade and some mechanical systems work. The candidate will be required 2-3 days per week and be flexible on availability. You should be an engineer and ideally have hospital experience.

• Electrical infrastructure upgrade including the installation of 1250kVA generators
• Generator and UPS systems to be upgraded in tandem
• Small amount of hospital mechanical upgrade (macerators, HVAC etc)
• Manage trade staff and oversee contractors
