Job Description
An outstanding opportunity has arisen with our client, an NHS Trust in Kent. They are currently seeking to recruit an Interim Make Ready Development Manager who will be partly responsible for putting their estates strategy into practice. The candidate will be integral in undertaking an ambitious new build programme of a number of properties and ideally will have a good mix of project management, hard and soft facilities experience. Ideally you will have experience working within the NHS and be a member of IHEEM or BIFM (or similar organisations.)
• Assist in gaining planning permission for a number of brownfield sites
• Project management of new builds
• Experience in planning maintaining hard and soft facilities services
• Ensuring cost effective and environmental building practices are considered and carried out using BREEAM
• Experience managing contractors and in house staff alike
