Job Description

This role is for a Project Manager to manage the new build and refurbishment projects for an NHS trust based in London.

Initially this is a freelance position but the successful candidate will have the option to take the position on a permanent basis should they wish.

As Project Manager you will be involved in all the Trusts Capital Projects managing them from inception to completion ensuring they run on time and to budget.

Projects include the refurbishment and new build extension of a care centre, the upgrade of a highrise accomodation block as well as many other Capital Projects currently under planning within the Trust.

This is an excellent opportunity to take on a long-term contract position on an attractive rate within a thriving sector of the construction industry.

In order to carry out this position effectively you will need to posses the following skills:

Knowledge or experience in the NHS would be very beneficial

  • Proven Project Delivery track record
  • New Build and Refurbishment experience
  • Experience Managing capital projects
